Well it seems like someone is excited about this election coming up. One question...who is this professor of physics that you really want to win?
It is crazy as well to think that the first woman ever (Hillary Rohan Clinton) will be ruuning for this position. NOt only is she already making history, but if she were to take this election then she would be making really BIG HISTORY!!
not to put ou down, but ohhh, she's scary... you know what she said the other day? here's a snippet:
"I want to take those profits (refering to oil companies) and put them into an alternative energy fund that will begin to fund alternative smart energy, alternatives that will actually begin to move us toward the direction of independence,"

Independence? of what, foreign oil? There's certinly no Capitalist independence from government controls in this soultion.
Well, here's George Phillies' side on-the-issues:
Civil Liberties
-The President should appoint officials and advisors who support the Constitution.
-The Federal government has no business regulating marriage
-Ensure that torture, renditions, and secret prisons are ended, and the people who committed crimes to torture, rend, and secretly imprison are brought to justice.
War in Iraq
-Bring our troops all the way home to America, as swiftly as possible consistent with their safety and practical logistical considerations.
-End Federal foreign aid.
Immigraton Reform
-George Bush has created many enemies for America. Keeping them from coming here to injure our children and grandchildren must remain a top priority
Tax Reform
-Corporate welfare should be brought to an end.
-The national debt chews up capital, so that savings that are no longer available to pay for new factories, better roads, or energy-saving home improvements.
Free Trade
-"NAFTA, CAFTA: Phony 'free trade' agreements should be ended."
High Fuel Prices
-By investing wisely in replaceable (notably wind and solar) power supplies for Federal installations, the Federal government can reduce its own demand for fossil fuels
Education
-The Federal government should leave education to states, communities, and parents.
-When you invest wisely by paying to educate a child, you should receive a dollar for dollar Federal tax credit for your investment.
Science Policy
-We should end wasteful development and research spending.
Property Rights
-Eminent Domain takings should be limited to traditional public purposes.
Healthcare
-Cost transfers should be made illegal: Your insurance should only pay for your care.
-Uncle Sam has no business making life and death decisions for you and your loved ones.
-Abortion: Government should take no role in this matter.
-Treat marijuana the way we treat alcohol: No prohibition.
come to think of it... I dont really care for this guy as much, because he's way too soft on defense, doesnt believe that America needs subsidies to keep a wild Capitalist economy on its feet, and shouldn't help financial aid in other countries.
Overall, he's too libertarian, shedding off the most important way to sustain a working government: Strong defense
